Melissa is AWESOME. We put our multi-family on the market in the midst of the COVID19 ordeal, and this made us nervous that we wouldn’t be able to sell it in a timely manner nor get what we wanted for it. Thankfully, due to Melissa’s professionalism, knowledge, and sheer tenacity, she was able to book numerous showings, which ultimately lead to a sale that was right at our asking price! She was super detailed, organized, and extremely mindful during the entire process, and this was huge considering the added challenges that COVID19 presented us. (I might add that having tenants posed unique challenges as well, which she navigated with ease). Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Melissa if you want a great selling experience.
