Melissa is an absolutely incredible real estate agent. She is the most kind hearted and warmest agent you could possibly ever work with. She made my entire home buying experience comfortable and fun! Her knowledge is superior and I was blown away with her ability to answer any and all questions I had. She was quick and responsive with every need that had to be met. Melissa is awesome! She helped me a lot along the way, and really showed that she cared. She was always excited to show me new properties and we viewed A LOT before I got an accepted offer, which i would have never won with out her advice. Along the entire home buying experience, she was there to teach me all the little details and made sure she did all the detailed research on every property i was interested in. She made me feel like i was her only client and always made time for me. I'm sure there are a lot of good/great agents out there, but Melissa is the best!

We switched from our old realtor to Melissa after meeting her and seeing what she had to offer and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made because she was very personal about everything and treated us like we were her only clients. She was very knowledgeable and had contacts for any need we would have in regards to our house or home buying in general. We also had a few things come up during the sale that prolonged the closing and Melissa did ALOT of work to make sure that the closing was moving along. After working with other Realtors before and having someone to compare to we can honestly say that Melissa went above and beyond our expectations of what a realtor does. We will definitely be using her services next time we are in the market and will be recommending her to any friends and family.

Can’t say enough about the whole process from beginning to the end.... did a presentation of their company and their way they do business, did a comparison study so we could see where we stood price wise suggested where we should be, helpful suggestions on what to do to get ready to list and the process to list we did an open house on a Thursday nite which is new to them and had 25 couples come to it. Our house sold in 5 days!!!!!! She’s very professional and stays on top of things from start to finish!!!!!!
