My mission is to provide the best customer experience, educate my clients on the current real estate process, provide investment guidance, always put my client's needs first, and communicate every step of the way, while building strong relationships.

Personable and altruistic, Melissa only wants what is best for her clients, and this helps them feel safe and confident following her lead. This same level of care goes into her work with listings. She establishes a strong marketing approach to get her properties sold for the highest price possible. Melissa’s marketing team syndicates each property to every online home search engine, posts video to You Tube, and runs ad campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook & Instagram. Melissa’s white glove service impresses her buyers and sellers, so they never hesitate to spread the word about her work.

When Melissa isn’t working, she’s shopping local, enjoying time with friends and family, or finding off-the-map hiking trails with her dog, Riley. Melissa is determined to enjoy every minute of her work and finds great joy in helping her clients accomplish their real estate goals.
For Melissa Ogulewicz, being a real estate agent is all about the client experience. Her journey in real estate started when she worked managing projects for contractors who were flipping houses. This was when Melissa’s passion for real estate was ignited. In 2016, she became a licensed real estate agent, and hasn’t slowed down since. Serving western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut, about 80% of her business derives from repeats and referrals. By making her buyers and sellers her top priority, she exceeds expectations and keeps them coming back. Melissa also aims to educate her clients along the way, helping them make the best decisions for each unique situation.
